Odd name for an episode.
You know, SG-1 really likes to copy from a bunch of different movies. So far I've seen them copy from Lord of the Rings and The Matrix (that's all I can think of at the moment) and now from Multiplicity.
It was nice seeing an old enemy again. I liked Baal the best out of the Goa'ulds.
It was an overall interesting episode. I don't like the guy running the Jaffa council, but then I think that's the show's intention. I got the feeling at the end when Teal'c refused to go back and tell the council what he found out about Baal cloning himself that it wasn't just because he didn't think they'd believe him. I think he was hurt and annoyed that they all knew something and wouldn't tell him and now he's going to do the same, he knows something and he's not going to tell them.
Honestly, Teal'c should be the leader, he deserves it the most. And where is Bra'tac?
You can definitely tell that Amanda's had a baby recently. She hasn't quite got back her pre-pregnancy figure.
I was confused as to what Sam said about Jack. She told the guy in the truck that they broke up but when he asked her if she was available she said, "not exactly." I can not imagine those two ever breaking up, I just can't, not after all these years. They're perfect together. So why would she say they broke up if she's not available? Or did I miss something and he asked her about that guy she was with before Jack? There was some commotion in the room at the time and I didn't quite hear what he said. I had assumed Jack but maybe he said someone else's name. So then her relationship with Jack is still a secret.
It was nice that Cam pulled off all their patches and replaced them with SG-1 patches. And they didn't argue. It's about time!
It's funny, when they suddenly beamed the building into space, I had actually thought of doing that the instant Sam said that the entire building was a bomb. Now how are they going to explain its disappearance to the local population? And I'm confused since the Jaffa was found at the beginning, wouldn't it have gotten out about an alien being on earth?
