The SG-1 team attempt to rescue Teal'c's son, who has been kidnapped and brainwashed by Apophis. Teal'c learns disturbing news about his wife.

I loved this episode! Teal'c's family makes for a good episode. My favorite scene is the one at the end when Rya'c puts the baseball glove Jack gives him on his head. That is just hilarious! I give it a total of ten stargates.

I liked it but one thing that doesn't make sense to me is how the zat gun could bring Rya'c out of it but they never even tried to use the zat gun on Teal'c later in the series when he was brainwashed. How come they wouldn't try something proven to work in the past? Because then they couldn't have written the episode they wrote I guess.

I really liked this episode. Up to this point it just didn't occur to me that he had family. It was good to see another side of him despite the problems he was having with his family.
