How strong is your opinion of how you think the attraction between Jack and Sam should play out? Meaning your thoughts on whether the two should have a romantic relationship or should stay professional.
Very Strong means you have a very solid, firm belief on how you think that storyline should progress, regardless of whether you think they should end up together or not. And if the show does the opposite of what you think, you'll be pretty upset.
Less Strong means you have an opinion but if the show does the opposite, it won't upset you too much.
No Opinion is just that - you don't have an opinion on this issue and don't care if the writers connect these two or not.
