Here is my theory.

I believe RDA is executive producer of Stargate Atlantis in Season one, if not he is well instramental in it's creation.

RDA was special quest star in the first episode with his main scene being with John Sheppard.

RDA starred as Macgyver in the TV series.

One of the main writters on the Macgyver TV series was a guy by the name of John Sheppard.

What do you think?

How so? Many people, places, pets, things are named after someone/something, someplace.

For instance, Tim has a cousin who is named Chandra, after Chandra, New Zealand. Our son is named after two different great-grandfathers and my mother in law. My brother is named after my father, my other brother after my grandfather.

RDA-executive producer (or producer) for Gecko Productions, which is owned by MGM, and which owns the shows Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis.

In honor of the writer, of whom RDA thought highly, the character of John Sheppard was named for this writer.

They go to solve the ridlle of Solon. very close to Solomon.

Solon traveled from Atlantis, fitting the idea of lineage within certain orders.

At exactly 16 seconds in of this intro to the episode, it shows a skull with a mark on its forehead, note that Solomon burned his ring into the forehead of the demons. Again this gives possibility that the current order, claims normal humans of the world as demons. Since the skull is of a man.

They have to find the treasure based on when the planets align, also called Giants march in Rank. Giants are offspring of fallen angels. And the book of Solomon says that astrological alignment is a factor in the sorcery. One part the film says Gods March in Rank. and speak of entering the gates of hades, but I assume they are speaking of hades as Sheol more the land of the dead then hell.

While in the underground, the people above are nonstop fighting, like the commoners, and one of the characters even evoke the monkey symbolism by calling one of the soldiers a baffoon.

The show has a staff of wisdom, Also matches Solomon.

They use one of Solon's pages of a book as a key, also the key of Solomon is a book.

I believe this author is weaving occult writings into shows, and I am trying to match them up with his source material. To get a better understanding of the beliefs of his order. However I do disagree with their beliefs, as I understand them.

It seems to be sort of a Rosetta stone, but it is very difficult, because it is inaccurate, and requires many different examples. But I make progress little by little.

CM. There is a real person named John Sheppard. And there is a make believe one on the show. The make believe one we watch on the show had his name picked, because of the real person.

Pretend you write a story, and use your mom or dads name for one of the people in the story. That is how John, in this story got his name. Just like you might pick your moms name, RDA picked the name of a friend of his.
