Rush needs an eight sleeve shirt. That way he can still have all those sneaky things up his sleeves and still have his arms in there too. You got to wonder how he was "saved" by the aliens from a planet the Destiny had left behind. :hmm: And what made those stones go wonky? :huh1: Multi species- speed dialing, only somebody forgot to tune in the universal translator.

Eh, the whole translation thing was never a big thing for me. It drives my husband crazy. I know they sort of addressed it in Enterprise. It's always been a concession that had to be made in a 45 minute show.

I, for one, was disappointed at the distinct lack of Daniel Jackson in this episode...I guess that'll happen later. The translation thing sorta made sense to me, they were reading Rush's mind, remember? They could have 'probed' enough to find out how to say 'surrender' in English.
