Has anyone else recognized Dr. Weir's boyfriend who she left behind?

Yeah, he played a Tolan in two or three episodes of SG1. I mentioned his name in another thread (forget which one).

I like the actor, I liked his Tolan character. He died didn't he? It dawned on me who he was when I saw the episode last Friday and the thought of it when I saw the picture of him hugging Weir.

They were never able to confirm it. The signal went out and they were never able to reconnect to find out what happened. I remember, he really like Sam.

I think he and Sam make a good couple.
