Synopsis: Following from the end of "Darkness", the Destiny is on a collision course with a star. A plan is devised to use the last working shuttle to evacuate to one of the three planets. However, there is only room for seventeen people and no time for additional trips, so a lottery is held to determine who will leave.

There seems to be light at the end of the tunnel for this show. Especially with the old hand Mr. DeLuise, at the directorial helm. The story was somewhat predictable but it was alright as far as the show went. The loss of Ms. Whiney, the Senators brat would be no worry. I mean unless she ends up with a needful role to their survival, she can fall out an airlock. At least with whiny McKay he has a very vital function, the survival of Atlantis and even earth.:hmm: Rush's refusal to confirm anything like he just might have "known" they were safe and saved by the ship, is like " I have my ego to take care of and NOBODY gets to measure it but me!" Rush seems to be the type to Yell : Psych! when he has convinced everyone they are about to die.Hope he grows up into a human some day. :huh:

You know this show is stupidly predictable, at the end of Darkness I talk to my friend about the ship being solar power... Then you get to watch Eli get hit hard, I mean serously she is getting used for SEX. But, her character doesn't realize and is going back to the soldier boy. That is her key to helping everyone survive. They really need to get rid of those reality T V moments, you know when they are talking into the camra too much.

Rush? hah, people that write the scripe, I believe they don't know what they are doing. At first he wants approval, then he is back being a butt. I started to like his character but now I back to square one.

The sex scene I can do without, SG was gold for the action and the suspence not drama. It's like Greys Antomy meets space.

I really don't know if I am going to watch the next eps. I am starting to hate the series.

I too am tired of those reality tv talking into the camera moments. Actually, I hated them from the start. Why is it that the people from the IOA are such pain in the you know whats? I loved what Col. Young did to that IOA woman. She came in barking orders and he threatened to take her out of the lottery. That made her shut up real quick.

That whole solar power thing was something I did not expect. Now maybe we can get something accomplished besides stressing over power. Although now they will probably devote the next 4 eps to finding food and water.

Is is possible to Rush to be happy about anything?

Can we through Chloe or whatever her name is out the air lock or something?

I could not help but feel bad for Eli. He thought he might have had a chance then he sees her with Lt. Scott. Then she wants to be comforted by Eli when they think they are going to die and when they realize they are going to live she hugs him and runs off to Scott again. Eli needs to send her packing.

I'm not giving up on it. There's still alot of SG stories to be told. Whether they're good or bad for the franchise is yet to be seen. But they all have to be seen to base a fair opinion on, right?

I wonder what the character will do when mz sleep around runs out of birthcontrol pills? Is she the progenitor of the new space race? (eww, shivers, she's a whiner as it is, PREGGERS! Yeesh!) Makes a new story line... While captive on the ship, the crew finds strategic methods of avoiding the most horrible space encounters, The Pregnant Spoiled Whine. The screaming crying fussing and demmands, and thats just from Rush! XD
