I am not sure the size is relative. The Atlantis City ship is very large. I think it is closer to the size of the Hive ship.

8th one from the right is a 'Ori Super-gate' not and 'Unknown Alien Ship'....If your list is in order.

Very ambitious undertaking of putting all the ships in size order. :D

I like it, but isn't the Ancient War Ship post be alit smaller? What about the Random Asguards in Atlantis series? Wasn't the Asguard battle ship slightly smaller then daedulus?

Updated the scale map ! I got Destiny, but can anyone help me with the other ships from Stargate Universe ? or the ones that i dont got from SG1 or Atlantis ?
