I've been having some thoughts.

Kavanagh actually has a crush on Dr. Weir. Similar to McKay, however, he doesn't have a clue how to get a woman to like him.

In the future, these two will become a couple.

You never know, they could drastically change his personality into a sweet, lovable fellow. Although I would agree with your sentiment, on the other hand I think it would be funny to see.

Huh? Col. Caldwell had a Goa'uld. Kavanagh is the ponytail boy. I'm talking about Weir and ponytail boy hooking up. :hug
