and I am hooked on these shows, thanks in part to my wife. She is the real addict, but I am at least an interested fan. I sent her a link to this board, and I am a little surprised that she hasn't posted here yet, but give her time. She likes all things Stargate, so I expect she will be here when she gets the time.

Hi Craig! I really like SG-1. I'm hoping Atlantis will get better. I really liked the movie as well. I haven't seen much of SG-1, I only really got interested in it not long ago. I've seen the entire first season and I watch it on tv when I can. I'm actually working on building a website for SG-1. :) I hope your wife will post here as well! :)
I wanted the username Blue, which was a nickname I had at a camp when I was a kid, but it was taken so I had to add something to it. I also like the color.

Hi, I am new, just began watching Stargate SG-1 myself. I would like to see the movies and saw the pilot for Atlantis over the weekend. I really am not into the tech sci fi shows (stargate, Star treck, etc) but I saw Richard Dean Anderson, McGuiver...what can i say,... and i really got hooked on the great chemistry and well writen characters between the actors. This looks like a great board and I do hope you decide to keep it.

Hi and welcome! I have enjoyed some of Star Trek over the years, however, I'm not much into "tech" stuff either. I like interesting plotlines and well developed characters with good chemistry interaction with one another. IMHO, Stargate is far better than any Star Trek because of its cast. :)
The board will keep, I have purchased gold status. So this is now a full fledge Gold Community. :)

fantastic and i agree. I have watched ST voyager but lost interest because the characters were rather dull. but SG is great. Each actor has an interesting quirk that makes the character their own. and I do love the whole idea of the star gate, being to go to any planet and that planet being either very primative or very advanced, passed imagination. Great concept.

I'm his wife, Cherie. I am a busy little puppy, and I tend to be a lurker more than an active poster,,,
