I just watched this episode. What a good job on this episode.
Rachel Luttrell played and excellent Queen.

I found this episode witty and a good look into Wraith Hive life. I knew there had to be a main Queen.

The society where only the strongest and the most cunning survive.

It was well done...I liked it. :D

i thought this was a very good episode too. and a great reason as to why the series shouldn't have been axed. it was a great insight into the wraith. also, did anyone else think teyla was getting a little too into her roleplay as a queen? a couple of scenes had me thinking, if she'd stayed in her queen state much longer, dr. keller may not have been able to reverse the affect.

i did wonder whether todd had lead keller to perform the transformation in such a way that after a set amount of time, it would've been irreversable. but teyla even surprised todd several times.

She played her roll as Queen well. And surprising Todd...well that was just icing on the cake.

Wasn't the transformation purely cosmetic?

Yes it was...plastic surgery of sorts.

I thought it was reprogramming her partially-Wraith DNA?

No, the surgery just made her look Wraith.

so that wasn't on a genetic level? ok.

That's why it had to be Teyla, cause she already had the genetic base required :)

Bingo..hehe
