Nice site...looks like a lot of it comes straight from the Ultimate Guide.

The Ultimate Guide?

Stargate SG-1 Ultimate Visual Guide...it's a hardback book, officially put out by MGM. It's totally awesome. RDA does the forward, and the book is just crammed with awesome pictures from the show, as well as tons of information. It and Stargatewiki are my 'bibles' when I'm writing...*grin*

I just got the e-mail from Kate, checked it out and thought I would post. Other than that I do not know.
But I trust your judgment Robin.

I LOVE the fact that it has the Jaffa tattoos...I've been looking for a site that has all of them listed forever, it seems like! (I've wanted to describe the tattoos in several of my stories, but was never sure what they looked like...NOW I do! Woohoo!)

If she's using the Guide, then the info is top notch!

Thanks for posting the link...I've added it to my "writing favorites".

AC,

Your friend Kate wrote this for level 27 of the sgc

SGC Offices, Briefing Room,
General Hammond/O'Neill/Landry's Office

In my opinion it should be

SGC Offices, Briefing Room,
General West/Hammond/Weir/O'Neill/Landry's Office

Or at the least
SGC Offices, Briefing Room,
General Hammond/Weir/O'Neill/Landry's Office

Anyway my two cents if you want to let her know.

Also Tell her I love the site. Great information.

Robin
Can you post a link to that book? Sounds like one I would like.

I will let her know Jack. Now whether she takes the advice is all up to her. ;)

KateR of RDA site says: The
Lexicon continues to grow, and entries are now complete through the letter
"O".

Just thought I would keep you updated. :D

This is a link to Amazon.com...

Stargate Ultimate Visual Guide (http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_?url=search-alias%3Dstripbooks&field-keywords=Stargate+The+Ultimate+Visual+Guide+&x=19&y=23)

Gateworld has the same link, it seems.

Quite a bargain, because the book is totally awesome.

I've just been informed that (finally!) the entries for the Stargate SG-1 Lexicon have been completed from A to Z.
http://rdanderson.com/stargate/lexicon/lexicon.htm

The Lexicon episode guide is still not complete...but she is working hard on that.

Right now though she is taking a break and heading to GateCon in Vancouver.

And will add more up dates when she returns.

An update from my friend Kate at
Richard Dean Anderson Website

They do two GateCons in Vancouver? I know about the one in April every year, didn't know they had another one.

Great news about the updates.

(I just had one question...did she have permission to put the Guide online like that? Was just wondering. I'm assuming that if she's associated with RDA's site that she did.)

Yup, she did.
She is good that way.

Awesome! With luck, any 'updates' in the info she'll be able to add to the site. It's one of my bookmarked 'favorite sites' where I have all of my research sites located. Always helps to have two or three sources to check those details/facts! *grin*
