In regards to the multi-membered fanfic, I haven't said much since it has been moving a little slow. However, in the initial posting, it was asked to use some sort of grammatical correctness.

*****

Now, most of us are doing pretty well. I've not said anything about spelling because we are all from different countries and realize we may spell things differently. That said, please make some extra effort to atleast do the following:

1) Capatalize the begining of sentences. Use periods to end them. This is grammer 101 in any language.

and

2) Please capatalize proper names, places and things (countries etc.). This is especially so with character names. It is disrespectful to not only the character your writing about, but to the actor(s) who play them.

*****
Please feel free to go back in and edit your work for spelling, grammer and such. I do that all the time. Just don't change the storyline.

This applies to both untitled works we are working on. Please, if this doesn't get corrected, I will go in and correct the work myself. I do not want to do that, but somethings cannot be left undone or half done.

Thank you. Pretty good job so far......off to go play on the swings!

ROFLMBO! You don't know how many times I literally chew my lips to keep from correcting people...my poor family isn't as lucky!

I know just how you feel, Robin. I'm not absolutely amazing with grammar, but I take pride in being able to do it properly most of the time.

There IS pride in writing and speaking correctly, isn't there? I'm not 'spot on' all of the time...I know I make mistakes, but I do strive to do my best.

Neither am I Robin, but sometimes that just the way it goes right? No matter how hard we try none of us can be perfect.

Perfect people would be perfectly annoying!XD

LOL!

I do not expect perfection. Namely because I'm far from it. What I do expect is some sort of effort. I have to proof several times and then still miss things. But, when I catch them down the road, I make an "effort" to correct then too.

And, that's not just in our fanfic section, that is in my everyday life. I cannot begin to tell you how many times I'll read something (directions, food labels etc.) and be thinking "who the heck wrote that and what editor let that go to press".
