What episode did you get your Sam/Daniel kiss? My sister saw it and wanted me to ask.

It's not from an episode, it's from something else but I'm not sure what. I got the image from someone awhile back who wasn't sure what it was from.

Looks like it could be a photoshop image, which is a bit disappointing! I thought it might've been from an eps - I was looking froward to watching it!!! Being the sappy romantic girlie girl that I am, I'm all for a bit of sexual tension/romantic smooching thrown in with my SciFi adventures!

From what I was told, it was some kind of special or something or other. The person didn't seem sure but it seemed genuine.

I believe it was from one of the stargate conventions. Sam and Daniel kiss a lot at these I hear.

Or more technically since it's at conventions, Amanda and Michael kiss. And they're both married! And not to each other! And have children, not with each other! Ummmmm.... :\ :eek :o :winky

I was wandering around the internet, bored, and found this explination. Someone at a convention last year asked about the kiss photo, and this was the response from Michael and Amanda.


Someone asked about the Sam/Daniel kiss picture that got released with other advance photos from the Season 7 episode Resurrection, and Amanda said the photographer didn't realize it wasn't part of the real scene, so it got released and went all over the internet. Then they kindly re-enacted the kiss for us, twice for the slow photographers; everyone seemed to enjoy it until Michael said no more, because they're married, and not to each other!

If it wasn't for the show, then what was it for? Hmm? Makes ya kinda wonder. ;)

I checked out the special features for that dvd. I watched the Amanda Tapping interview and looked at the photo gallery. Unfortunately they didn't have that image anywhere but you could see where it came from. They did show a behind the scenes where Carter dropped down by Daniel who was on the ground (don't remember the details of the episode to know why he was down). I would imagine that the kiss was just joking around during that particular scene.

I did see a still photo from "Lost City" where it showed Michael Shanks looking into the Ancient Repository while sticking his tongue out. :p
