...where would you live?
I'd have to go with New Zealand. I fell in love with the landscape in Lord of the Rings. I think it would be way cool to have my house on that hill where the main city in Rohan was (forgot the name of it) surrounded by a vast plain surrounded by breathtaking mountains. Though if Rivendell was really just like it was and not computer enhanced, I'd choose that first.

I would choose to like in the northern part of British Columbia Candada. Up by the Yukon border. I love the woods and the north. Beautiful up there.

Middle Tennessee. A few miles outside of Nashville. Of course Nashville can be a fun place. There's the TPAK theater and the former Opryland and hotel. That's where my Junior/Senior prom was.

TN is a cool place. I'm planning a traveling there with my son next summer for Duke Fest. A big festival for the Dukes of Hazzard. I have been to a few in the past pretty cool.
My Wife and Daughter have no interest but my son has the genes and loves the Dukes like his old man.

Never been to Tennssee. Would love to eventually visit all 50 states, at least the 48 continental. I didn't like Dukes as a kid but I like it more now. Okay, so I like the actor who played Bo.
Did you see the remake movie? I thought it was disappointing. The best part were the bloopers at the end.
But...
Burt Reynolds should never have been allowed to play Boss Hogg.
They picked a horrible actor for Roscoe who made the guy despicable instead of funny.
And Willy Nelson for Uncle Jesse?! YIKES!
Not to mention they turned the Duke boys into total boneheads.

I did not go see that movie for all the above reasons, and now I'm kind of glad because it is comming out on DVD as the unrated version. how can the Dukes have an unrated version? Bad news.
I like John Sneider (Bo) as well. I really like some of his later movies like Night Of The Twisters a little cheesy but fun all the same.

They also turned the Dukes into criminals. Their family business in the movie is moonshine - which is illegal. In the series they were law-abiding citizens.

Your right. In the TV show they used to run moonshine, and then Uncle Jessie decided they would go straight with the law after Bo and Luke got placed on probation and they were that way eversince.

I like "Dukes of Hazzard" too and I wouldn't dream of seeing the movie. Major reason I am no Jessica Simpson fan. but I am fine with the old TV show. I like John Schneider. who cares if he's the age of my dad?

Actually, I thought Jessica Simpson did the best performance in the entire movie and fit the part very nicely.

My hubby just finished reading an article that says Australia is having a hard time regulating it's water and quite a bit of the continent is becoming desert like (or even more so I guess).
I've been to quite a few of the 48 continental states. It would be much easier for me to list the places I haven't been than to list the places I have been.
