The Asgard are the beings we have long referred to as "the Grays". There was a snippet of conversation between Sam Carter and Jonas Quinn that hints that the crash in Roswell was indeed an Asgard ship.

The Asgard were the 'protectors' and gods of the Norse tribes of northern Europe. Whether they were on Earth at the same time as the Goa'uld, before, or after, is left to conjecture. We do know that Thor moved at least one group of Vikings to another planet, and placed a 'hammer' near the 'gate to protect them.

Personally, I don't for a minute believe that a race as technologically advanced as the Asgard wouldn't have found a way to counter their cloning problem (remember the ancient Asgard found in "Revelations"? We're talking new DNA here...duh!) nor would they have opted for genocide by suicide. Probably one of the last great blunders in a line of colossal mistakes that were the final two seasons, which I refer to as the "Cam Mitchell Show, featuring that annoying Vala and occasional backup singers Daniel, Sam and Teal'c.)

You know I was wonderin why would the US Government hid something like Roswell.

Also...if Area 51 was holding nothing important, then why the Armed guards and they have orders if anyone crosses a cirtain line they can shoot to kill?

There are several cakes...click on the photo album and you can see all of them. She's amazing!

The Stargate 'scene' she did for me is made out of frosting as is the train she made for Hubby. The pictures really don't do them justice.

Yeah, I saw them all. She is an awesome cake maker. I was just so suprised. I had never seen a gate cake before.

They are great, aren't they? She does them all the time...it's her 'hobby business', and that's what finances her twice a year trips to the States for Stargate conventions.

The Asgard was my favorite race, it was sad that the writers killed them off. I hope for something better to come out of this.
