I was sad to see this character die, but it was time and they knew that they were getting rid of the Goa'uld arc. It was better to have him die, in my opinion, than to have him wondering out in space somewhere with the dying Tok'ra.

Another character who was sacrificed by brain dead writers and idiot producers. (And yes, I know that RDA was an associate producer. I have to wonder just how much influence he really had...or if his common sense and loyalty to the fans went the same direction as that of the others.)
