If anyone would like to have a personal photo but doesn't have the means to host the image, let me know. I can upload it to my site and you can link to it. I've removed the 60x60 pixel limit, but I ask that your images not be too big that they become distracting. My image of Daniel is 100x100.

If you have an image that you want to be a different size that 60x60, when you enter it into your personal photo in your control center, you MUST put the height and width of the image after the link in the box. For example, after my image I have written - height=100 width=100.

Also, if there is an image you like but you don't have the means to crop to a size you would like, just give me the link to the image. I can crop it before uploading it to my site.
