Favorite thing about Jack

If you had to pick just one attribute about Jack O'Neill to be your favorite, what would it be? It could be anything from physical appearances to personality to how he handles situations to how he handled a specific situation.

My favorite thing about Jack is how he truly, deep down, cares for each member of his team. All joking aside, he can become dead serious when it comes to their well being - physical and mental. Like in "Fire and Water," my favorite episode, where he showed such concern for Sam and Teal'c who were struggling with Daniel's death. Things like that. I like moments when he stops joking and becomes dead serious because of his concern for any member of his team.

I like his sarcasm except for times when I feel he's gone overboard with it. He has struck me at times as being a bit unbelievable when he shows sarcasm to higher ranking officers aside from Hammond.

I love it how he is able to actually think through any situation and take in the pros and cons and still comes up with the most absurd ways to get around protocol in order to do what he wants (like saving people he isn't meant to)

I admit.... I also like his humour and sarcasm. He is just so funny.
