Who would you rather spend a day with (believing the character to be real for this idea to work). This is also going with you having some idea of what the actor is like.

Michael Shanks the actor or Daniel Jackson the character?

Don't know too much about Shanks, but have seen a little. I think I would like Daniel better. :) Well, I know I would love spending time with Daniel. :hug

you know what, though? after watching the "behind the gate" thing, MS seems like a really funny guy! Really sarcastic (like me!!!)!!! I think it'd be a toss up for me now!!!

Daniel Jackson - I can't really explain it, but he just seems like the kinda guy I'd really get along with.

Carter, go to MSOL, one of the official Michael Shanks sites. Lots of info on him there, transcripts of interviews/conventions, etc.

I picked Daniel, because we have more in common...Linguistics. Archiology, etc....
Just my preference...Not to mention he is cute too...LOL ;)

I saw an interview with him once where he said "people tell me I act like my kids". I think he was sort of joking when he said, but it always made me wonder.

I'm going with Daniel. This might change since I'm going to a convention and will be able to meet Michael Shanks, but for now, it's definately the character. I've fallen in love with the persona on the television.

Ms seems like a wonderful person but I think I would get along with Daniel better. Daniel is just my type and we have more in common.
