Great for moving the plot of the series along. Now we have another quest (kinda like the search for Shar'ai) so that will hopefully add some new plot development. We also have the implied Teyla condition, which I'm not sure how it will effect the series (I haven't seen Seer yet.).

Keller's development was okay. Kind of reminded me of her role as the meek engineer in Firefly though who is forced to grow up.

Probably see a recurring role of that bad guy and get introduced to a new group of people DUN DUN DUN

But over all, it was an average story. I felt that at some points the characters were out of themselves. Like either the writing or director's choices caused them to be not like Teyla or Keller.

A lot of people had a problem with Rodney coming along for the mission, but he's on Teyla's team and her friend. Why wouldn't he go along? He's had enough training now to hold his own, albeit that he's still wimpy at it.

I liked this episode. It forced Keller to get some courage and learn to defend herself. Also, it showed another side of Teyla. You could see just how much Teyla is devoted to her people and to what extents she will go to for those that she loves.

I'm glad they showed that about Teyla. Many had thought she had abandoned her people. Not only that, we know now that she was probably visiting more than the show had led on. LOL!

I'm glad they showed this side of Keller. But, I hope they don't over do it. This episode, last weeks episode and the next episode have a chunk of storyline for her. Showing her so much just reminds me more that Carson is gone and that makes me sad.
