I don't know if this goes here or not so I just put it under Ronon's file.

I am sick! I am just ill! I cancelled my reservations today to go to Dragon Con because I am moving in a couple of months. Well, tonight, just a few minutes ago actually, I found out that Jason Momoa is going to be at Dragon Con.:cry: I knew if I cancelled someone good would show up. Up until now that guest list has been less than great. Now with a week to go (I purposely waited a week in the event someone good would show up but if I waited any longer would risk having to pay a hotel fee) they add him. I just want to go off and cry!:m2:t1:brwall:

I am still sick about it. Like I said in another post, I am on vacation now and I couldn't stand it anymore. I called up the hotels to see if there were any rooms left and all three hotels are sold out. I was about to jump on a plane to Dragon Con. At least a friend of mine that is going is going to get his autograph for me. She is going to tell him how upset I was and hope that he shows pity and writes something sweet on it.:raz:

I am thinking about calling the hotels again tonight. Maybe someone cancelled at the last minute. Would that not be wild. Me flying to Atlanta in the middle of the night. LOL.

I just called again and it is still booked. I spoke with my friend and she said that he is not there yet and will not be till tomorrow. I hope to do get to meet him one time. I am seriously considering going to Creation Con in Vancouver in April. They only have one guest so far but you never know who might show up at these cons.:huh1:

I spoke with my friend that is getting his autograph for me today. She did not get it today because she said his line was so long. She said that same thing for Claudia Black. I don't get it. For so many people to not like her and Ben Browder, why is her line so long then?:huh1:

It isn't the actors that aren't liked, it's the charactors and/or the way they were brought onto the show. Also, remember, at Dragon Con, LOTS of Farscape fans.

Yeah, if you think about Farscape, I could totally see how popular they would be. I believe (IMHO) that was one of the main reason they brought in BB and CB, hoping to get the Farscape crowd over to Stargate SG1.

I got my autograph!:yea: My friend who met him told him about my having to cancel and how upset I was at not getting to meet him. She told me he said he hated it that I had to cancel and that he would have liked meeting me. He wrote on the photo "Laura, Jason Momoa Wish U were here sorry next time......." WOOHOO!!!:yea:

I don't think I have posted enough to upload photos, but I scanned the autograph photo and email it to Angelica so she could see it. Maybe she can upload it for me. *ANGELICA!!!!! hint hint hint*:wink:

I have an autographed photo of Steve Bacic (Camulus) and one of Cliff Simon (Ba'al) that my girlfriend got for me. I love 'em! They're my treasures. When she told Cliff that he's my favorite Goa'uld, she said he just beamed at her...he'd already signed the photo, so he told her to tell me 'Thanks!"

I have an autograph photo of Cliff Simon as well. Met him last yeat at Dragon Con. Nice guy. I have two of Steve Bacic. Both are of him in Andromeda. One of him as Gaheris Rhade that a friend got of him at one con and the one of him as Telelmachus Rhade I got at Dragon Con.
