I found it an interesting and enlightening episode. It was a great one to end on TV. But I will comment more on it when all of you get to see it.

(I hope I am not stepping on anyones toes by starting these threads.) :dodge:

Not stepping on my toes. I'm glad too because I have chanclas on today and that would have really hurt.

I was expecting something more, but was satisfied at the same time. Probably because I know there are going to be movies. There were some very nice moments. Although, I could have lived without the Daniel/Vala thing. Although, the chastising Daniel gave Vala was a very well acted scene (for both of them).

I was bummed that RDA didn't make a cameo (unless I missed something in the first five minutes). But, I guess we can't have it all.

I was so tickled that Teal'C looked exactly the same, save his hair.

My favorite scene though, the very last one. I liked that a lot.

I think I am going to be in the minority here on this one. Please no one flame me on this but this is my opinion. I hated this episode. :sigh: I thought it was one of the worst of the entire series. This was not the way that such a great series should end. At first I thougt I would like it. I thought it would be very emotional, especially after the Asgard told them what they did. I was in tears. But, it quickly went downhill from there. They could have done much better. This was a colossal waste of time in my opinion.:huh1:

I hope those movies are a lot better.:sigh:

Oooh, ouch Lemuria. I thought I was harsh on the other reviews. Dang girl, you got me beat.

As for Teal'c it made a lot of sense because he is a Jaffa and that tonic he takes gives him a longer life. Besides I liked the tasteful white in his hair.
I think the whole Vala/Daniel thing made sense I guess considering their history. Ok, :disagree: the whole pink outfit and handcuffs Vala had on...I would have closed the door too. Ew! Anyone who know Daniel would know not to do that. And man when I saw Daniel lay into Vala like that I was thinking its about time. Sure Vala may have been hurt (there should be an 'I don't care' icon) but of course ol'soft Daniel fell for it and whamo...but to see all their live progress in such a way that it reflected what they would do in their lives. Sam and a cello (least I am sure it was a cello. I am tired right now), and Landry with his plants. Of course Camron and his hissy fit in his quarters. I knew Teal'c would workout. 50 years on a ship would make anyone antsy I suppose, but they made the best of it while Sam tryed to figure out a way to get them out of it with out killing them all. I liked the way she did. Use the energy from the Ori ship to power the device to send them all back in time. Hey, (shruggs) why not? This is Stargate after all.

If this episode had been one of the last then that would be alright, but the fact that this was the last episode really made me mad.:tryme::brwall:

I found it a bit anticllimatic, but still enjoyed it. I'm a sucker for nice "moments", which there were several.

It was a cute episode, and I guess I liked the ending.

Teal'c is old now! :D

And oh, I love how they finished off become more like star trek. Beam tech, a device that they can make any object they please, beam weapons, time fields, etc..

I did like it when Daniel was just going on and on with the insults XD

Just a little fact I picked up about this episode at a convention earlier this year: CJ isn't a great man for studying the script. Yes, he knows his bits but just scans any buts where he isn't actually talking. And at the end of the episode, he was trying to stop the make-up lady from putting the grey back in his hair as he had no idea at all that it was supposed to still be there. MS took great joy in relaying the story and CJ sure didn't deny it!
