I love to cook so I'm always on the lookout for a good recipe. What are some of yours? It can be simple or complex.
Here's a simple one I love to make, which I'm eating right now.
Tuna Salad
I was never given an actual recipe, so I pretty much did trial and error til I found what I liked.
Mix...
1 can tuna
2 regular spoonfuls of pickel relish
Lots of mayo (added to preferred taste and texture)
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced up in the mix
1 stick of celery sliced thin
Spoon salad onto bread for sandwich.

I have a few favorite recipes. Most are relatively simple (or atleast I turned it into a simple recipe). But, I do have admit, while not hard, it is rather complex to make nori rolls (all time favorite).
I'll post some recipes later.

Do you know what a California roll is? Same thing except "nori" it the generic term since you can make all types of rolls (which I do).

Nope, never heard of California rolls either. Heard of Egg Rolls and Hot Rolls though. :)

They look like sliced cucumbers.
Speaking of rolls...
Another great recipe is Spinach Roll-Ups, and this comes from someone who doesn't really like spinach, but these things are truly addicting. I've made them and taken them to work before and they are a favorite.
Ingredients:
(10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup bacon bits
3 tablespoons chopped onions
10 (12 inch) flour tortillas
Directions:
1. In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine spinach, ranch mix, mayonnaise, sour cream, bacon bits and onion. Spread the mixture onto each tortilla and roll it up. Refrigerate the rolled tortillas until ready to serve.
2. Slice each roll-up into 1 inch servings no more than 3 hours before serving.

Mmmm...that sounds good. I may have to try that for the hubby. I'm constantly sending him with salads to work because they are so easy to pack. But, this sounds pretty easy for transport as well.
