I've been reflective this week about how much I have personally changed over the last 10 years. I used to be this wild L.A. guy, but then I got separated and didn't have easy access to my children. I can't thank the producers and Michael Shanks enough for getting me through that. Now I have a fiancee and a 17-month-old baby. I quit going out boozing and carousing, and I appreciate how well my life is going.
