Does anyone know how old Beckett and Sheppard are because I find it annoying that Beckett calls Sheppard "son" when he doesn't look any older than Sheppard. And in truth, the actor who plays Beckett is two years younger to the day than the actor who plays Sheppard.
Does it bug anyone else that Beckett refers to Sheppard sometimes as "son?"

Actually not really, I find it kinda funny, I mean that's why I love Beckett. I don't know why he calls Shep "son", but I don't see why it would be a fuss, I mean he probably thinks that Shep is somewhat immature in a way.

I think I would get irritated if someone younger than me was calling me something which would sound as though I were younger. Maybe because I'm a youngest child and it's annoying when everyone talks down to you because you're the youngest.
